Your Chicago rooftop experience just got elevated in more ways than one! Unwind in a safe outdoor environment as we have transformed the upper deck of one of our vessels into the perfect place for happy hour. Chicago’s only floating rooftop is open Friday-Sunday and tables are available for 90 minutes at a time. For everyone’s safety, all guests are, of course, required to wear masks while they are getting onboard and any time they are not seated at their tables. With refreshing drinks like the Summertime Spritzer or White Claw buckets for the table, you can’t go wrong! Learn all about the Floating Rooftop.
Garfield Park Conservatory is located on Chicago’s west side and is one of the most beautiful indoor gardens in the country. It’s open year-round and offers more than 10 acres of outdoor gardens, play spaces for children and stunning scenes for everyone to enjoy. The best part? Admission is free!

Did you know that July is National Picnic Month? Now couldn’t be a more ideal time to gather up some of your favorite foods and drinks and head to your local park for a picnic. If you are meeting friends, make sure that you stay at least 6 feet apart and wear masks. Some of our favorite parks throughout the city include Maggie Daley Park, Grant Park, Lincoln Park, and Oz Park. Don’t forget to put together a playlist of some of your favorite songs beforehand and bring your best speaker to set the summertime mood!

Many local Chicago restaurants have really perfected the art of takeout in a safe yet efficient way. If you are looking to switch up your routine if you’re sick of cooking, look up some local restaurants near you and offer your support. Some of our favorite local restaurants include the Northman Beer & Cider Garden and Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba. At the Northman, make sure to try one of their unique ciders! At Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba, indulge in authentic paella. This small act of supporting local restaurants will mean the world to any small business owner! Make sure to leave them a glowing review online, too.
