The official first day of Spring is March 20th and by this time Chicagoans and visitors alike will be hoping to put their winter coats away for good as the city awakens from its winter hibernation. 3. Macy’s Flower Show

Journey through sci-fi inspired floral designs as you shop to your heart’s content at this year’s annual Spring Flower show titled “Journey to Paradisios”. The two-week exhibition is free to the public and features millions of live flowers, plants and trees from around the world, flower demonstrations and more.
