Tour Tips

• Please reserve your tickets online in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Choose "Print at Home" for immediate tickets (no need to visit our ticket office). Choose US Mail only if you have enough time prior to your visit.
• Select "Will Call" to pick up your tickets at our ticket office, bring your confirmation number and arrive 30 minutes early to collect your tickets.
• Make sure your entire party arrives dockside 30 minutes early. Our dock is at Michigan Avenue & Wacker Drive, the southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue bridge, just 3 blocks north of Millenium Park, on Chicago's Riverwalk.  We are unable to rebook tickets for guests who have missed the boat.
• All seats are sold for the upper decks or the main deck bow -- don't worry, you won't have to sit inside unless you choose to.
• Please see our -Location- page for directions for guests with limited mobility, and please present yourself to our staff if you prefer 'early boarding'.
• All seats are "General Admission Seating". Although you may see a number on your ticket, there are no assigned seat numbers.
• Indoor seating is available for those who wish to stay out of the sun or adverse weather conditions.
• If you choose a mid-day departure, please be sure to wear sunglasses, visor, or a cap as the sun can interfere with your view of the buildings.
• Cruising with a little one? Children must be removed from strollers prior to boarding. Strollers will be folded and stored in salon during cruise.
• There are no refunds or exchanges possible for this popular tour.
• All passengers including children of all ages must present a ticket.
• Soft Drinks, Iced Tea, Beer, Wine & Cocktails are available onboard.
